Why do we ask for personal and tax details?
Place and date of birth, Italian tax code and address are required for the formal tax-code check and for issuing the mandatory administrative invoice.

Schedule, registration terms and refunds

Daily schedule
First session: 10:30 AM–1:00 PM
Lunch break: 1:00–2:30 PM
Second session: 2:30–5:00 PM

Registration validity
Registrations are personal and non-transferable and will be considered valid only upon receipt of the registration fee.

Refunds and cancellations
If the course is cancelled for organizational reasons, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Participants may cancel up to five working days before the course begins; an administrative fee of €10.00 will be retained. For later cancellations, voluntary withdrawal or non-attendance, no refund of the registration fee will be due.

The organization reserves the right to make changes to the program, date, time and venue of the event.
